Player spell damage tweaks

Lowered shotgun shell projectile count by 1 Increased base damage by 3

Finer sands scales slower and lowered base reduction

Coins now show on top of bombs

Attempt at fixing stinger remaining

Maiden's blood now gives a percentage based bonus

Boots now trigger faster with movement and are buffed overall
